I originally attempted to hire a car with Malcolm back in March 2020. He was very understanding when we had to change our plans at short notice as the world shut down and then stayed in touch for the next year and a half – making sure my family and I were well during the pandemic and interested in how life was for us in the UK and comparing life in Dominica. When we finally made it to Dominica over Christmas Malcolm found us the perfect car. Nothing was too much trouble. Hand over and drop off at the airport were a breeze (even though we left at 6am the day after a public holiday). We were lucky our paths crossed a couple of times while in Dominica. It was a pleasure to meet in person after communicating for such a long period of time over messages. We will stay in touch now we’ve left Dominica – how many car companies around the world can you say that’s the case with? If you want a stress free car hire experience in Dominica I would wholeheartedly recommend Kingdom Car rentals.

We rented a vehicle from Malcom in April, and he was fabulous to work with. He works extremely hard to make sure all of his customers are well taken care of. I know if we had needed anything during our trip, he definitely would have helped. He did not have the vehicle we originally reserved available during our visit, but he more than compensated for this. He gave us a nicer vehicle than we reserved and honored the original price. We were met at the airport with a car, and we were off exploring immediately. Renting from Malcom was made very easy and hassle free. He is excellent with communication, and replies to questions promptly. He refunded our deposit without issue after after our vehicle was returned. We would absolutely recommend renting from Kingdom Car Rental and Malcom! If we visit Dominica again, we will not hesitate to rent from him first!

Malcolm from Kingdom Car Rentals is the embodiment of why our family love Dominica – a beautiful country, with wonderful people, amazing scenery and the best waterfalls – and Kingdom Car Rentals reflect this in the way they treat their customers. We’ve been “stuck” in Dominica since COVID-19 hit and Malcolm has been so, so helpful A door to door service, a friendly face, the best rates on the island, nothing is too much or too difficult for Malcolm and when we finally ran out of money, Malcolm stepped up and made it possible for us to continue using the car.
